Mr. Blair’s primary responsibility is preparing loss of goodwill appraisals in eminent domain matters.  Prior to joining DM&A in 2006, Mr. Blair gained valuable experience in various leadership and volunteer positions at Claremont McKenna College. 

Mr. Blair holds a bachelor of arts degree from Claremont McKenna College, having majored in economics & government with a leadership sequence. 

Mr. Blair is currently working towards his ASA designation and has completed Course No. BV201N:  Introduction to Business Valuation.
