Ms. Francis has been with DM&A for more than 20 years. She gained extensive accounting experience as the company’s controller, and added the role of financial analyst to her responsibilities in 1999.

Projects in which she participates typically require in-depth financial analysis and industry research.

Ms. Francis is a member of the National Society of Accountants and the American Society of Women Accountants. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business and management from Redlands University.
