Ms. Mamaux
began her business valuation career as a financial analyst
at DM&A from 1989 to 1991. She left to earn her MBA and gained
significant analytical experience in the investment industry
before rejoining DM&A in 1997 as valuation manager.
During
her years away from DM&A, Ms. Mamaux analyzed investment opportunities
in fixed-income securities for Teachers’ Insurance and Annuity
Association (TIAA), the nation’s largest private pension fund.
She also held an analytical position at Fitch Investors Service,
an international bond-rating agency, where she was responsible
for assigning credit ratings to large multinational companies.
Ms.
Mamaux has provided testimony in Los Angeles Superior Court
and in arbitration proceedings. A Chartered Financial Analyst,
she is a member of the Association of Investment Management
and Research and the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts.
Ms.
Mamaux graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree
from Claremont McKenna College. She majored in economics and
mathematics and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She holds a
master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with
distinction with a degree in finance.
