Mr. McKinniss joined DM&A in 2022 as Director of Operations to aid in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating DM&A’s business to help implement polices and procedures that will improve the day-to-day operations and backend business management. Mr. McKinniss is one to wear many hats and has acquired a wide range of skills over his 14 years of professional experience in a number of different industries. Mr. McKinniss resides in Chicago and has a passion for soccer and photography. During the fall you can find him rooting for his home state Buckeyes.
