Mr. Bermudez joined DM&A in 2021 as a machinery and equipment appraiser. He is actively working on projects involving eminent domain, charitable giving, and litigation matters. Prior to joining DM&A, Mr. Bermudez served as an account manager at AT&T and a behavioral specialist for youth with developmental disabilities.
He currently lives in San Diego County and enjoys learning new things, helping others as a youth leader at his church, traveling, and cooking.
