Mr. Sidhu joined DM&A with experience in commercial banking, credit underwriting, and financial analysis. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Commercial Banking Portfolio Analyst at Wells Fargo, where he supported middle-market clients across technology, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial real estate through underwriting memoranda, annual reviews, financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and covenant monitoring.
He also advised a healthcare services platform on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and operational improvement initiatives.
Mr. Sidhu earned his B.S. In Finance from Sonoma State University and resides in Santa Rosa, CA.
